Back to Basics

I forgot how addictive jigsaws can be, particularly when they're in 3D (yes you have to build the sides and the top) and they're in the shape of a famous diminutive Star Wars Droid (Mission? What Mission?).

However, I also forgot that I don't have a lot of staying power when it comes to any given task and I flit between activities to stay interested.

Needless to say my bedroom floor is now covered in foam pieces.

I'll get it done though and post a picture on here to prove it!

Dave.

OMG! Jigsaws are the win!

I had a bit of an obsessive re-visit a few weekends ago. As a child I had loads and loved doing jigsaws so I've been out and got me 2x 500 piece (tame I know) Wallace and Gromit jigsaws, got a 1000 piece on the floor of my computer room on the go (WoW gets in the way sometimes..) and the real challenging ones are the magic eye (remember them??) ones.

Al - This one is a swine because you have to think about building it in 3D as opposed to just off the box.

I can see me having to navigate around the pieces for a while yet.

Appears to be a tough jigsaw this. I'll send my 6 year old nephew round to give you a hand.

Mehehe

First jigsaws then Star Wars conventions.

Saying that I am currently doing a Flying Scotsman jigsaw and I went to a Star Wars convention in 1984.

Post more stuff, I'm bored.

After you left tonight, the office morale kind of took a nosedive, it was like being a perpertual Mike Leigh Gritty Realism Palm D'Or winning movie (supported by Channel $ & the British Arts Council).

I watched Fozia Ali take 4 trillion breaks, I just sat there and watched hoping for something exciting to come along and drain the life out of that tedious little person.

But it didn't.

On a tangent - here's an evolutionary scale that is so very far removed from yours.

God I'm bored!!!

Kill me.
